Magic with EK: Episode 147 - Transsexual illusions is a kitsch tribute to the icon of contemporary close-up magic, Fay Presto. Taking the form of a light entertainment TV broadcast, the artist tries their best to perform tricks from Fay Presto’s 1999 book Magic for Kids. A playful response to UK tabloid discourses which link transness to ‘deception’, Magic with EK premiered on 27.03.26 at Genesis Cinema, and is re-screening on 19.06.26 at the Gorvy Theatre, RCA Battersea.Still from Leger-de-Man (10 mins, 2025)
